Description
The Content Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers LSEG's products.
The Analyst will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Process data and apply it accurately to the database using technical and financial knowledge
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
- Resolve queries from internal and external clients in a timely manner
- Support new projects to create and maintain content
- Work effectively within teams or independently, identifying and resolving problems
- Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third-party suppliers
- Research new and review existing sources to ensure quality, timeliness and automation
- Support continuous improvement of the process
- Document policies, procedures and work processes
- Adhere to current data policies and procedures
- Backup other analysts in the team during their absence
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Understanding of Financial Markets
- Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably related to Finance)
