Description
We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our team, working with Real World patient data to help clients answer key business questions, make informed decisions, and deliver results.
As part of this team, you will be at the forefront of evolving the team's offerings.
Essential Functions
- Provide business development support: research clients' business problems, find potential solutions through our offerings, and support proposals and client pitches.
- Support project delivery: work on advanced statistical/machine learning projects, translate clients' business needs into statistical methodologies, and deliver findings in clinically and commercially meaningful interpretations.
- Proactively manage tasks and timelines.
- Support internal initiatives: project automation, standardization, and team building.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting analytics/data-driven projects.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare/Life Sciences experience.
- SQL and/or Python.
- Machine Learning or GenAI exposure.
- Experience with patient-level healthcare data.
