Description
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant to join our team for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.
As a Trade Marketing Assistant at Ubisoft, you will work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to develop sales offers and communication tools for our games across multiple brands.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing commercial offers, including assisting the manager during discussions on strategy for new game releases
- Participating in the development of physical additional contents for limited and collector's editions
- Analyzing and formalizing competitor commercial offers
- Creating sales marketing tools and promotional materials, including writing creative briefs for agencies and ensuring the development of physical and digital tools
- Collaborating with various teams, including marketing, studios, sales, and manufacturing, to coordinate projects and adapt trade marketing tools to local needs
Requirements:
- Currently a student with ideally some experience in Trade, Marketing, or Project Management
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word) and Photoshop is a plus
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
