Join the product team at Capital One supporting Talent Acquisition across the end-to-end hiring journey. As a Director, Product Management, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for defining and delivering the future of Selection experiences, encompassing key steps in the hiring process including assessments, screening, and interviews.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep customer focus, and excellent leadership skills. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Product Managers to define and deliver the future of Selection experiences
- Build close strategic and operating relationships with a broad set of partners and stakeholders
- Drive strategic thinking on Selection Experiences
- Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Salary: McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 per year New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 per year
