We are seeking a Personal Injury attorney in our Monmouth area offices. As a Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney, you will handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the lifecycle of their case, and manage a team of multiple Case Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
- Complete Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases
- Guide clients through the lifecycle of their case
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Complete turndown approval for viability issues
- Oversee formation of demand packages and settlement negotiations
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of multiple Case Managers
- Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of New Jersey
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team
- Handle Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements, and other pre-litigation duties as required
- Report regularly to the Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the NJ Bar Association
- 1+ years of personal injury or premises liability experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Ability to manage multiple Case Managers
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 USD
