Description
We are seeking an AFC & Compliance Officer to join our team in Tokyo. As an AFC & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for regulatory filing and registration, monitoring regulatory updates, revising local policies, supporting AFC & Compliance training, and participating in global projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of overall working experience in the Japanese financial industry, relevant qualifications such as JSDA Internal Administrator, CFA, or CPA, and knowledge of the Japanese market and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Regulatory filing and registration to multiple regulators
- Monitoring regulatory updates and notifying relevant departments
- Revising local policies and maintaining local policies
- Supporting AFC & Compliance training
- Supporting Investment Guidelines Monitoring activities and AFC related control activities
- Participating in global projects
Requirements:
- University or College Graduate
- At least five years of overall working experience in the Japanese financial industry
- Relevant qualification such as JSDA Internal Administrator, CFA, or CPA
- Knowledge of the Japanese market and regulatory knowledge
- Native Japanese and Business-level English
- Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
