We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team at the Heber Valley Clinic, a multi-specialty clinic providing compassionate care for every family member. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Family Medicine physician
- Work in a flexible schedule environment
- Collaborate with our medical group and affiliate networks
Requirements:
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
