As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a team in providing Telecommunications, Video and Voice customized services and support. You will manage assigned staff, develop policies and procedures, and ensure their conformance with department goals and company/customer objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a medium-sized team consisting of multiple disciplines
- Develop and administer schedule and performance requirements
- Prioritize engineering needs and analyze project costs and feasibility
- Keep informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends
- Provide guidance and solutions to ensure engineering needs align with strategic departmental initiatives
- Oversee ordering processes and manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- 9+ years of related experience
- Technical skills in Unified Communications (Voice/Video/IT)
- On-site required (OKC)

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000.
