The Boeing Company is looking for a Test and Evaluation Senior Manager and Capability Leader to serve as the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Space Systems Verification and Test Enterprise Capability Leader (ECL).
This role will lead, develop and mature the Space Systems Verification and Test Capability, supporting test activities across the Boeing Enterprise, including sites in El Segundo, CA; Huntsville, AL; New Orleans, LA; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Taft, CA; and supplier sites.
The successful candidate will be accountable to the BT&E Space Integrated Test Leader (Senior Director), T&E Directors and Senior Management, and will have responsibility for developing and managing the capability strategy, maintaining program situational awareness, and responding to issues and requests for help.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry, and 10+ years of experience in test and/or engineering leadership.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with satellite products or space flight hardware, current Tier 5 (T5) clearance, engineering test and/or test strategy experience, laboratory test operations experience, experience with Model Based Engineering, and experience with Systems Engineering.
The salary range for this position is $202,300-$273,700.
