Description
We are seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, California. As a Procurement Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations, and contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Associate Level 2:
+ Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply + Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements + Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements + Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions + Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
- Experienced Level 3:
+ Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies + Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions + Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements + Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management + Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance + Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- More than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
- More than 1 year of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Associate Level 2: More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary Range:
- Associate Level 2: $74,800 - $92,400
- Experienced Level 3: $94,350 - $116,550
