Description
As a Senior Product Analyst at Wise Business, you will help build an entirely new network for the world's money. You will partner closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to drive the strategic direction, feature prioritization, and optimization of the entire product lifecycle.
Strategy & Metrics
- Define, track, and socialize core KPIs and OKRs for your product.
- Ensure necessary data logging and pipelines are built for accurate product tracking.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.
Execution
- Quantify the expected impact of potential features to help prioritize the roadmap.
Partnership & Communication
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the Product Team and broader leadership/stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expert-level SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating, and transforming large datasets.
- Experience designing and building automated data pipelines and transformations.
- Strong product thinking skills with the ability to translate customer needs into defining problem statements, success metrics, and opportunity sizing.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts that can be leveraged through programming languages like Python or R.
- Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear narratives, business insights, and actionable product decisions.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience successfully launching a net-new product or product line.
- Prior experience in the B2B space understanding business customers' financial and expense management needs.
- Familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance within the FinTech space.
- Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests in a high-volume product environment.
