Description
We are looking for a Senior Xactly Incent Analyst to join the Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) team at Okta. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commissions Operation and Sales Commissions team on strategic, organisational, and operational projects designed for the Xactly system to support Incentive Compensations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy custom low-code applications, workflows, and tailored user workspaces using Xactly Extend to automate complex compensation processes, approvals, and exception management.
- Gather, document, develop, and migrate Xactly Extend as per business requirements.
- Develop custom AI agents using Xactly Extend.
- Partner with Sales Commissions Business and Finance teams to support the end-to-end software development cycle of Xactly Incent configurations/implementations.
- Manage end-to-end data integrations, ETL pipelines, and secure file transfers using Xactly Connect between Xactly and core enterprise systems.
- Build the annual plan configuration and mid-year developments to support business operations.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality technical solutions on the Xactly platform (Extend) based on industry best practices.
- Gather, document, develop, and migrate Xactly Incent code as per business requirements.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and adding new functionality in Xactly.
- Build, maintain, and support BAU, production support requests, and work on projects and major programs/initiatives.
- Research and stay updated on Xactly technology and communicate trends and future needs related to Connect to leadership.
- Investigate integration issues and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in data integrations and migration solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher/equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with and building Sales Compensation systems in a professional, fast-paced environment using Xactly Extend, Incent, and Connect.
- Xactly Extend platform development experience (solutioning, configuring, testing, deployment, and production support).
- Xactly Incent (L1, L2, and L3 levels) certified.
- Xactly Connect platform development experience (configuring, testing, deployment, and production support).
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and how data flows from Salesforce into Xactly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as technical capability to support Sales Compensation systems.
- Strong business relationship and partnership skills and experience.
