Join Diageo's team as a Sales Representative in Munich's vibrant bar scene.
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of promoting our premium spirits brands, including Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Guinness, Smirnoff, Cîroc, and Ketel One.
Your mission will be to grow our brands in Munich, building genuine partnerships with gastro entrepreneurs, and making our brands visible where trends are born.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and partner with the most exciting gastronomy, bar, and club concepts in Munich
- Develop new customer relationships and grow existing partnerships
- Secure listings and optimal placements for our brands
- Introduce new products to the market and ensure maximum visibility at the point of sale
- Negotiate promotions, activations, and creative concepts with clients
- Build a strong network within Munich's gastronomy and bar culture
- Recognize trends early and leverage them to create new business opportunities
- Represent our brands at events, industry events, and tastings
- Manage your sales area independently, developing individual customer strategies and achieving sales, distribution, and activation targets
Requirements:
- Existing network in Munich's gastronomy, bar, or club scene
- Initial experience in sales, field service, account management, or gastronomy
- Passion for premium spirits, cocktails, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Fluency in German and ideally English
