Description
WSP is seeking a New Mexico Civil/Roadway Engineering Manager in our Albuquerque, NM office within the Transportation Business Line.
The successful candidate will lead a team of civil engineering staff to deliver projects with quality and technical excellence. They will work closely with local and regional WSP leadership to develop and grow the transportation business. Responsibilities include coordinating civil and technical workshare with offices across the state and region, and providing input and leadership with other local and regional transportation sector group leads.

- Provide leadership to a team of civil engineering staff
- Ensure projects and programs are delivered with quality and technical excellence
- Market, develop, and grow the transportation business
- Coordinate civil and technical workshare with offices across the state and region
- Provide input and leadership with other local and regional transportation sector group leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with a strong focus in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project management/project delivery
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License Required
- Advanced proficiency with civil engineering principles, practices, process, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues
- Strongly established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the local area
