Description
We are seeking a Material Handler 2nd shift to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for performing varied and general tasks involved in controlling inventory, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks involved in controlling inventory, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Support intermediate-level transactional processes that require independent judgment
- Follow detailed documentation and instructions to execute process-oriented tasks
- Identify basic- to complex-level functional process anomalies and seek guidance for resolution
- Support the training of new hires
Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in materials and/or distribution
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Fluency in English and local language
- Strong technical knowledge specific to business function
- Strong multi-tasking ability
