Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS)

We are seeking a Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS) to join our team at Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics. As a Seasonal TSS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all Target team members, temporary workers, vendors, and visitors at our supply chain building.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Executing routines to support the development of a safe and secure work environment
• Operating Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines
• Following emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership
• Following best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process

You will also need to be a creative problem-solver who simplifies problems, quickly identifies solutions, commits to a plan, and positively influences others to execute it.

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
