Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales in-store.
Requirements The Freelance Makeup Artist role involves promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the brand's ethos, products, and image. You will work as part of an elite team to drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
Main Duties:
- Sales: Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets, create brand awareness, and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
- Customer Service: Lead by example, promote the Tilbury Touch, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Team Work: Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach, assist colleagues, and maintain open communication.
- Operations: Ensure the counter is customer-ready, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is a must.
