Description
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Bank Research Nurse in Crawley to support a patient taking part in a medical device clinical trial. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing high-quality, one-to-one patient care and is comfortable working autonomously.
The role involves approximately 2-3 patient visits per week, with a working pattern of bank/ad hoc, approximately 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Recording and monitoring vital signs
- Assisting patients with the medical device
- Providing professional, patient-centred nursing support
- Completing required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- A nursing degree or equivalent qualification
- Current NMC registration and PIN
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Current DBS would be an advantage
