Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring product freshness and availability, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
The role requires you to:
- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues promptly
- Support team efforts and maintain a positive attitude
- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an excellent experience
- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute food and beverage processes, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, and food safety
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
- Follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks
- Locate and identify damaged or recalled items and process accordingly
- Ensure accurate inventory recording and execute sampling best practices
- Complete all required training and certifications
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
