Description
Syneos Health is seeking a PCS Project Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and close out of allocated patient concierge projects, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from handover to completion, ensuring compliance with clinical SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Providing project-specific training to PCS coordinators and overseeing their work
- Developing a clear understanding of the study budget and managing it to completion
- Preparing accurate financial and activity forecasts and reporting actual performance against forecast
- Managing external vendors and ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements
- Conducting monthly project reviews and reporting progress to senior management
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration with other business units and developing the service and team
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
