Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Manager to join our team at Wolt's Zagreb office. As a Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our workplace experience and running operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for landlords, vendors, and local stakeholders for all workplaces within your country.
- Implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure well-managed buildings with a focus on functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
- Lead workplace programs, including food & beverages, lockers, mail services, space planning, reception experience, and workplace technology.
- Manage site-specific workplace projects and initiatives to improve the workplace.
- Streamline accessibility of offices and services, ensuring spaces and services are easy to navigate and use.
- Promote high employee satisfaction by addressing concerns and needs of occupants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and local teams to understand their business functions and deliver workplace experience strategies.
- Coordinate activities, financials, vendors, and staffing required for current and future needs of the building, infrastructure, and operations.
- Establish, maintain, and manage vendor relationships and implement clear KPIs and contract management processes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to roll out global policies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience in Office, Workplace, or Facilities Management in a global organization within a fast-paced and high growth environment.
- Strong and passionate customer focus.
- Proven vendor management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment, strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, and a true growth mindset.
- Willing to participate in First Aider and Fire Warden Training.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely and dynamically using digital tools such as GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
