Retail Store Associate

As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role in our family, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

Essential Functions:

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical Requirements:

+ Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods. + Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally. + Visual Acuity to perform activities like viewing a computer terminal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 28

Time Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00
