Description
We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure to join our team at The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO. As a Lead Project Engineer, you will lead project execution for Digital Infrastructure Segment (DIS) work packages that heavily leverage Cloud Engineering capabilities. You will plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution for DIS work packages that heavily leverage Cloud Engineering capabilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
- Define work packages, allocate resources, track progress, and manage subcontractor activities.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and analytics to measure technical and business outcomes.
- Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis; support risk, issue, and opportunity management.
- Respond to changes in Statement of Work (SOW), assess impacts, and negotiate modifications to deliverables, costs, and schedules.
- Serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) as assigned.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the customer.
- Promote a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Experience working within an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and hosting applications in the cloud.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira.

Salary Range: $136,850 - $185,150
