We offer a supportive and collaborative workplace, with a back office team that handles administrative tasks, allowing BCBAs to focus on providing quality care. We serve families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Utah, offering centre, home, and school-based services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor behaviour technicians' progress
- Develop positive behavioural treatment and skill acquisition plans
- Supervise and train ABA technicians
- Provide support during family conversations
- Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA certificate
- Experience working with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle and valid driver's license required

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work
Travel:
- Up to 25% travel required
