Description
The Global Enterprise Affairs (GEA) Command Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Operations team focused on Well Managed Delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and programs to drive operational excellence, manage through change, and enable delivery of EA's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well-managed delivery in close collaboration with Chiefs of Staff and key enterprise partners
- Analyze data and effectively communicate findings to GEA leaders to inform decision making
- Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management
- Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well-managed
- Identify and implement process improvements and drive compliance with best practices
- Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly put structure in place to gather information and use data to influence business decisions
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across teams and organizations
- Ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership to drive work toward completion
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and results orientation
- Self-motivated and able to react seamlessly to changes in priorities and delivery focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination
- Relevant coursework or experience in finance, accounting, business, economics, or mathematics
- Relevant project or process management certifications
Salary: McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 per year Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 per year
