Reach Truck Operator

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping inventory flowing efficiently throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating a reach truck to replenish pick locations
• Putting away incoming product into reserve storage
• Ensuring inventory is accurately positioned to support customer demand

In this fast-paced environment, you'll work with advanced warehouse management systems, navigate high-bay racking, and contribute directly to operational success by maintaining product availability and inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to use hand and powered tools to perform job function
• Must be able to obtain license to operate all types of powered equipment within 90 days
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb for an extended period of time
• Must be able to lift frequently 20-45 lbs., occasionally 45-75 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to include high volume periods
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to be a team player who is comfortable working in a team-based environment
• Ability to work with different levels of colleagues with focus on customer service
• Ability to act competently in emergencies
