Description
As a Sales Representative for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes in Hungary, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
- Execute the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division business strategy.
- Grow assigned accounts by promoting 3M brands and technologies.
- Manage OEMs, tier suppliers, metalworking, petrochemical, and other customers.
- Position 3M as the preferred industrial adhesives and tapes partner.
- Support channel partners across Hungary.
- Deliver product demonstrations and address customer inquiries and complaints with Application Engineering support.
- Organize end-user activities, including webinars, with Application Engineering and Marketing.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Use CRM to plan, manage, and document sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering background preferred)
- Technical sales experience
- Previous experience in industrial markets is preferred
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English
