Description
Salesforce is seeking a Trail Architect to support Salesforce product implementation projects. As a Trail Architect, you will work with customers to understand their business challenges and goals, and design comprehensive solutions based on Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on customer success and understand their strategies to drive projects
- Design solutions based on Salesforce best practices, considering broad perspectives and long-term views
- Lead development as an app lead, responsible for high-quality deliverables
- Provide guidance on project implementation, best practices, and optimization
- Manage projects, including planning, progress tracking, and delivery quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business architects, and technical architects
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce products and technologies
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software solution design and system development
- Experience with IT system development projects, including waterfall and/or agile methodologies
- Strong consulting skills, including logical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Continuous learning and self-improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc.)
- Computer science or related field degree
- Experience with cloud solutions and consulting
- Familiarity with English language
