Pharmacy Intern

As a Pharmacy Intern, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will assist the Pharmacy team in providing an excellent experience for patients, participate in all aspects of the prescription filling process, provide patient counseling, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and offer health screenings and immunizations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of the prescription filling process
• Provide patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care
• Offer health screenings and immunizations
• Provide customer service
• Ensure patient safety
• Assist pharmacy patients and front store customers with questions
• Manage inventory

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacy Intern License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
• Current enrollment in a School of Pharmacy

The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour.
