Job Summary: As a Store Director at Target, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive sales growth, and manage a profitable business.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a guest-centric and engaged team by leading talent development, driving accountability, and promoting inclusivity.
- Own the store's overall business to drive efficiency, safety, and sales growth by executing plans, leveraging reports, and building relationships.
- Lead by example, demonstrating and promoting a welcoming experience, engaging with guests, and solving their needs.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team leadership and engagement experience.
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable, and relate well with all levels of the organization.
