Description
As a Maintenance Technician at 3M, you will have the opportunity to work on-site in Little Rock, AR, and collaborate with innovative people around the world.
The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and components, such as bearings, gearboxes, and pumps, as well as troubleshooting control valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and pumps.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and components
- Adjusting mechanical equipment, such as hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
- Troubleshooting control valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and pumps
- Welding on structures
- Maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Two-year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Maintenance discipline, or a minimum of three years' maintenance experience
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation
Additional qualifications that could be beneficial:
- Five years of experience in manufacturing, equipment installation, and troubleshooting maintenance support
- Documented education, training, and industrial work experience
The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.42/hr - $38.37/hr.
