As a Team Leader Customer Service at Coolblue, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees who strive to put a smile on our customers' faces every day.
You will:
- Lead and develop your team members
- Take responsibility for your team's performance and continuously optimize it by setting measurable goals, such as customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and productivity
- Act as a coach and sparring partner for your team members to improve KPIs and achieve top performance
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to optimization projects

Requirements:
- Completed training or studies
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Suitable home office workspace
- First leadership experience, but motivated career starters with little leadership experience are also welcome
