Christmas Customer Assistant - Food - Westwood Cross

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Westwood Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
• Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
• Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth
• Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, Christmas-only role, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will be required to work Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 19:00-23:00. Additionally, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.
