Description
The Senior Capital Programme Delivery Manager will provide programme management of the Council's Capital Projects delivery team, covering the delivery of a wide portfolio of complex capital transport and public realm improvement projects.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, project/programme management, commissioning, budgetary, and forecasting expertise to the delivery team during all stages of project development and engineering.
Applicants should demonstrate a successful track record of management experience covering Highways, Transport, Traffic, and Public Realm delivery, as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience of programme and project management in delivering technically complex public realm and climate change infrastructure delivery.
The role involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
