Description
We are seeking a Permit Issuing Officer to join our team in Pasig City, Philippines. As a Permit Issuing Officer, you will be responsible for processing and issuing Overweight, High Productivity Motor Vehicle, and Specialist Vehicle Permits on behalf of the NZ Transport Agency.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Process and issue permits in accordance with the NZ Transport Agency Overweight Permit Manual and Vehicle Dimension and Mass Rule (VDAM 2016)
- Assist with policy administration for overweight and over-dimension vehicle movements
- Develop and maintain relationships with the NZ Police Commercial Vehicle Safety Team (CVST) and represent the NZ Transport Agency as the customer contact for overweight permits
- Contribute to monthly reports for the NZ Transport Agency
- Perform other permit-related duties as directed

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Formal Sciences
- Certificate, Associate, or Diploma programs in Computer Technology, Drafting Technology, or related fields
- Administrative and process experience
- Team and target delivery experience
- Customer liaison experience
- Strong organisational ability and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office suite 2013
- Results-oriented with a reputation for achieving key strategic priorities
