Christmas Customer Assistant - Food - Stane Park

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Confidently recommend and sell new food products
• Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
• Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including nights. You'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.

Working Hours:

• Sunday: 20:00-04:30
• Monday: 22:00-04:30
• Tuesday: 22:00-04:30
• Wednesday: 22:00-04:30

Additional Information:

• This role involves working through the night, so applicants must be 18 years or older.
• During peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December), you may be asked to work up to full-time hours.
