Description
We are seeking a professional, dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our team at Godwin Junior School. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our school site, conducting regular health and safety checks, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
As a Site Supervisor, you will:
- Lock and unlock buildings and premises, including occasional weekend or out-of-hours work when necessary.
- Work with others to ensure Health & Safety compliance within the site.
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and improvements/renovations.
- Conduct fire alarm and water testing.
- Liaise with contractors and other agencies.
- Assist with the receipt, distribution, collection, and dispatch of goods.
The ideal candidate will be able to work to a high standard, possess the ability to work unsupervised, and use their own initiative to complete a range of tasks around the site. Relevant field experience is desirable, but not essential, as a full induction will be provided.
The salary for this part-time role is GBP 31,508.44 - 32,914.69 per year.
