Description
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our service users.
You will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all areas are spotless and deliver high-standard cleaning services.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment, attention to detail, and high standards of cleanliness. You will be a good communicator, able to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively, and have the ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Main duties of the job:
- Maintaining required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures
- Being an active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation
- Maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users
- Helping create a positive culture
- Undertaking any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post
- Attending mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare
