Description
The Innovation & Technology Product & Agile Delivery Internship is a 10.5-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in one of the following office locations: Hartford, CT; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; or Woonsocket, RI. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
As a CVS Health Corporate Intern, you will participate in projects that contribute to the success of the business, community service activities, professional development workshops, mentorship and networking opportunities, and interaction with senior leaders.
Your Innovation & Technology internship experience will also include:
- Leadership Insight Series, featuring leader spotlights and interactive Q&A sessions
- Intern Innovation Challenge, providing opportunities to collaborate with fellow interns across Innovation & Technology
- Additional learning experiences focused on topics such as impactful presentations and storytelling, emerging technology, and AI tools
The hourly rate is $35.00-$38.50/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Wage is dependent on final office location and team assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Create user stories and product requirements
- Conduct user research and journey mapping
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs
- Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Design workflows, prototypes, and digital experiences
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Graduation date between September 2027 to August 2028
- Major, minor or concentration relevant to the position (e.g. Business Administration, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Internship, work, or project experience in related field of Healthcare Technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Project management experience
- Interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
- Experience with product management, product ownership, UX/workflow design, Scrum delivery, customer discovery, requirements, roadmaps, user stories, Jira, prototyping, analytics, and stakeholder management
