Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Receptionist to join our team at Rowley Hall Hospital in Stafford.
The successful candidate will have face-to-face contact with patients, consultants, hospital departments, and members of the public, as well as telephone contact with patients.
What you'll bring with you:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Hospital experience preferred, but not essential
- Keyboard skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
- Strong communication skills
