Description
We are seeking a BIM Engineer to join our Land Surveying Services team in India. The successful candidate will assist in creating and managing detailed BIM models using point cloud data and various BIM software in compliance with WSP's UK CAD & BIM ISO 19650 standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Point cloud processing, drafting, sheet preparation, and developing Revit models for architecture, structure, and systems.
- Utilizing Recap for point cloud processing and management.
- Performing AutoCAD drafting and sheet preparation.
- Developing and managing Revit models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems.
- Creating and modifying Revit families as needed.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.
- Maintaining and updating BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring compliance with WSP & industry BIM standards and project specifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Recap for point cloud processing.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD drafting and sheet preparation.
- Extensive experience with Revit architecture, structure, and systems.
- Ability to create and manage Revit families.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Working experience on Civil 3D & N4ce is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline.
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks/Civil 3D (BIM) preferably for large infrastructure projects.
