Description
We are seeking an Activities Lead to join our team at Cedar View Care Centre, a 65-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia home in Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fun and stimulating activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have passion and enthusiasm for engaging with residents, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to prepare and deliver activities that bring out the best in those we care about. A care background is not essential, but a growth mindset, empathy, and respect for others are crucial.
As an Activities Lead, you will work 37.5 hours per week, including alternate weekends, and be paid £13.20 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including a Blue Light Discount Card, holiday and days out discounts, long service awards, and a recognition program.
