Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Intl Wealth & Premier Banking team in Cuauhtemoc, Mexico.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Premier Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide value to clients with complex needs. Your primary objective will be to help RMs better understand client needs, identify suitable solutions, and provide technical expertise to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen HSBC's reputation as a leading provider of wealth management solutions
- Support RMs in increasing client confidence in HSBC's capabilities and improving the quality of service provided to target clients
- Assist RMs in closing sales by identifying client needs, analysing technical aspects of products, and presenting solutions to clients
- Conduct portfolio reviews with RMs to assess product suitability and identify opportunities for growth
- Accompany RMs to client meetings and provide technical advice and guidance
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a product specialist or financial advisory role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
- In-depth knowledge of complex financial products and markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of global anti-money laundering (AML) standards
