Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels. You will filter content from the client's website, perform data and research functions, and provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques. You will also manage and resolve customer complaints, identify and escalate priority issues, and route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and/or outbound call support
- Respond to inquiries via email and live chat support channels
- Filter content from the client's website
- Perform data and research functions
- Provide basic troubleshooting support
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
- Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
- Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs
- Participate in internal and external mandated trainings and/or seminars
- Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
