Description
Salesforce is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Demo Team in Mexico City. As a Software Engineer, you will create visually engaging and innovative demos, mentor junior developers, and lead small teams in development and processes. You will work closely with product teams to design and prototype future features and product launches of Salesforce products.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product marketers, demo architects, and designers to understand product strategy and create engaging demo experiences
- Develop innovative and compelling stories and demonstrations that showcase the power of Salesforce
- Ideate and build prototypes for important Salesforce product launches
- Own the architecture of software prototypes and physical experiences for all major Salesforce keynotes
- Manage demo technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals, code freezes, and live show support
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in front-end development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Experience with modern Javascript technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, Node, etc.
- Experience with Java, Python or similar languages
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Heroku, and AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with live product demonstrations for large audiences
- Experience with Slack platform development
- Knowledge of Tableau integration and data visualization
- Ability to turn high-fidelity designs into functional prototypes using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Javascript
- Experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Aura, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Administration, etc.)

- Location: Mexico City (preferred) with travel to events
- Travel: At least 33% (major events including Dreamforce, World Tours, product launches)
