Join the HP Print Software Product Management team as an AI Scan Solutions Product Manager, helping to redefine the state-of-the-art in productivity solutions for business customers.
As a Software Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered scan workflow solutions for small and medium business (SMB) print customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer scan workflows
- Gathering and summarising customer/market needs, competitive landscape, and business goals to guide product/service/solution (PSS) definition
- Determining PSS positioning and value proposition
- Driving the definition of a PSS family portfolio through Development and Design teams
- Determining initial PSS pricing strategy
- Partnering with WW Marketing to create compelling PSS messaging
- Influencing third parties to enhance or develop solutions capabilities
- Regularly meeting with customers or partners during the definition and development process
- Engaging in trade shows, press, and analyst events
- Developing insights about customer usage post-launch to inform PSS optimisation/refinement
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong software product management experience
- Ability to define a compelling, data-informed product vision
- Experience with agile software life cycle/development
- AI fluency
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical language
Preferred qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering AI solutions
- Technical knowledge of printers and scan workflows
- Knowledge of solutions targeting small to medium-sized businesses
- Experience partnering with external developers
In terms of scope and impact, you will advise various internal, partner, and customer teams on target market needs and requirements. You will work closely with architects and technology leads, directly engaging with internal and external software development teams.
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
