Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Stevenage Retail Park. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly. This physically demanding, high-intensity role involves managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
- Adapting quickly to changing demands, including early morning deliveries and late stock shifts
The role requires digital confidence, teamwork, and flexibility. Due to the night shifts involved, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 21:00-05:00
- Wednesday: 21:00-05:00
- Thursday: 21:00-05:00
- Saturday: 21:00-05:00
Additional Information:
- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
