Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Berkhamsted store. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly, focusing on stock management, deliveries, and maintaining a clean shop floor.
Responsibilities include:
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
- Adapting quickly to changing demands, including early mornings and late evenings
This is a part-time, flexible role. Successful candidates may be required to work full-time hours during the weeks of 13th and 20th December.
