Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Sports Health and Mobility Center in the Bay Area. The successful candidate will interpret physician referrals, complete evaluations, establish plans of care, and implement individual treatments. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborating with physicians, teammates, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal patient care
• Providing patient/family teaching, discharge planning, and home programs
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation
• Participating in performance improvement activities and quality improvement initiatives
• Supervising physical therapy assistants, extenders, and students as needed

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Sports health background

Work environment:

• Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility
• Occasional weekend coverage in acute care department
• Must be able to lift, stand, walk, and squat throughout the workday

Salary: $41.10 - $61.65 per hour
