Description
We're looking for a Specialist Account Executive to join our team in Milan. As a Specialist Account Executive, you will run a high-velocity book of accounts, combining fast discovery conversations with a disciplined sales process to drive new and expanding Slack business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle , from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close , across a high volume of parallel, shorter-cycle deals.
- Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack's AI capabilities as the solution to their challenges.
- Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo, and tailor solutions across your territory.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases that ground Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proven track record as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to manage a large, high-velocity pipeline with strong time management and forecasting discipline.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor value propositions to customer needs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience selling into Financial Services, Retail/Consumer, Manufacturing/Automotive, or Energy & Utilities.
- Working familiarity with AI concepts , enough to self-serve a first-call demo of AI assistants and search tools.
- Experience working in team-selling environments, aligning with core Account Executives and partners.
Benefits: The typical base salary range for this position is EUR 71,000 to EUR 95,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, this position may offer access to a range of additional benefits including an incentive component which is tailored by grade level.
